These Mat.Appeals and Review Petition are at the instance of the wife, challenging the common judgment and decree in O.P Nos.964 of 2015, 967 of 2015 and 443 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Mavelikkara, and the judgment in O.P (FC) No.109 of 2019.

2. The husband filed O.P No.443 of 2016 for nullity of marriage and the wife filed O.P No.967 of 2015 for divorce on the ground of matrimonial cruelties. Her Divorce O.P was dismissed, and the O.P filed by the husband for declaration of nullity of marriage was decreed. O.P No.964 of 2015 filed by the wife for recovery of money and gold was dismissed. In that O.P, she had filed I.A No.181 of 2019 for recalling PW3, and against dismissal of that I.A, she filed O.P (FC) No.109 of 2019 which was also dismissed as per judgment of this Court dated 19.03.2019, against which the R.P has been filed by her.

3. Originally, the husband filed O.P No.841 of 2015 before the Family Court, Kollam on 30.07.2015, for declaration of nullity of marriage, recovery of gold and also for compensation. As per orders of this Court, that case was transferred to Family Court, Mavelikkara where two O.Ps filed by the wife were pending
