ORDER

The petitioner is the 2^nd accused in Crime No. 536/2010 of Munambam Police Station, which is now pending as C.C NO. 2447/2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Njarakkal. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 3 , 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act , 1956.

2. This Crl.M.C is filed by the petitioner challenging the Annexure-A2 order passed by the learned Magistrate in C.M.P No.2636/2022 in the aforesaid Calendar Case. As per the said order, the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of an NOC to renew the passport which expired on 02.04.2020. was disposed of by the learned Magistrate. In the impugned order, eventhough prayer for issuance of NOC was declined, the petitioner was permitted to go abroad for a period of two years from the date of the said order. The said order is under challenge in this Crl.M.C.
