JUDGMENT
ALEXANDER THOMAS, J.
These cases are now only at the show cause notice stage in terms of Sec.68(1) or Sec.68(2) or Sec.32(1), as the case may be. The issues referred to the Full Bench of this Court have already been answered. So these appeals need not be kept pending, any longer and are to be disposed in the light of the legal principles laid down by the Full Bench, etc.
2. These matters are inter related in so far as the issues already decided by the Full Bench of this Court as per the order dated 07.04.2022, answering the reference in the matters raised in W.A.Nos.657 of 2020, 798 of 2020 and 1751 of 2020, reported in the case inKudayathoor Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. v. Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General) [ 2022 (3) KLT 222 (FB)], wherein majority of two Judges of the three Judges Full Bench has held that the dictum laid down by the Division
