Ajithkumar, J.

This appeal under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 was filed by the 1st respondent in O.P.(G&W) No.239 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Judge-IV, Kollam. That O.P. was filed under Section 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act for getting the 1st respondent herein appointed as the guardian of the ward Tarun Deepak. As per the judgment dated 25.07.2017 that O.P. was allowed by appointing the 1st respondent as the guardian of the ward, Tharun Deepak. Directions regarding the deposit amounts in the name of the minor were also issued. Challenging the said judgment this appeal has been filed.

2. On 20.09.2017 this appeal was admitted to file and further proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 25.07.2017 were stayed for a period of two months.

3. The 1st respondent in the appeal filed Cross Objection No.148 of 2017, which was also admitted to file on 09.01.2018.

4. The appellant died during pendency of this appeal. Her legal representatives were impleaded as additional appellants 2 and

3 in the appeal.

5. Today when this matter came up for hearing, the appellants filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 stating that the matter has been settled between the parties
