JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed to stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.118/2018 in O.S.No.887/2015 of the Court of the Munsiff, Alappuzha till the disposal of E.A.No.1/2021 in E.P.No.118/2018 in O.S.No.887/2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Alappuzha.
2. When this original petition came up for consideration on 09.12.2021, on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner is ready to pay off the entire decree debt, this Court stayed further proceedings in E.P.No.118/2018 for a period of one month, on condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.50,000/- within two weeks. The learned counsel submits that the ordered amount was deposited.
3. When this original petition came up for further consideration on 03.08.2022, this Court had call for a report from the Court of the Munsiff, Alappuzha, to ascertain the status and time period required to dispose of I.A.No.1/2021 in O.S.No.887/2015.
