JUDGMENT
The above contempt case is filed alleging violation of the directions in the judgment dated 15.6.2020 in W.P.(C.) No.28972 of 2020. The directions of this Court are extracted hereunder :
1. “The respondent Panchayat or any authorised officer of the respondent Panchayat will inspect the premises of the petitioner and find out whether the conditions in Ext.P5 are fulfilled by the petitioner. Inspection should be conducted only after giving notice to the petitioner.
2. After the inspection, the respondent will consider the matter afresh, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and take appropriate decision, in accordance to Ext.P5 Adalat decision, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.”
2. An affidavit is filed by the respondent. It will be beneficial to extract paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the affidavit.
