JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of October, 2022 The petitioner, who is owner of 8.10 Ares of land comprised in Re-Survey No.112 of Pottore Village, Thrissur Taluk in Thrissur District, is before this Court challenging Ext.P10 order whereby her application to remove her land from Data Bank, stands rejected.

2. The petitioner states that she purchased the property in the year 2001. The property is a garden land. Even before the enactment of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 , the land stood converted and was in the nature of garden land.

3. The petitioner states that erroneously the land was included in the Data Bank of Paddy Land and Wetland, published by the Kolazhy Grama Panchayat. Aggrieved by the inclusion of the property in Data Bank, the petitioner submitted Ext.P7 application dated 02.03.2021 in Form-5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008 seeking to remove the land from Data Bank. The application stands rejected as per Ext.P10.

4. The petitioner would state that Ext.P10 is a non-

speaking order. There exists a land in Survey No.112, wherein the petitioner's property is also situated. The Local Level Monitoring Committee has
