JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of January, 2022 The petitioner, who is a resident of Ward No.1, near Sree Tripalamunda Mahadeva Kshethram in Kongad Panchayat, Palakkad District, seeks to direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders in Exhibit P1 Complaint in a time bound manner after hearing all the affected.

2. The grievance of the petitioner relates to construction of a Telecommunication Tower in the property belonging to the 6th respondent. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 Complaint before the 1st respondent District Telecom Committee, Palakkad.

3. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent submits that the issue is pending consideration before the District Telecom Committee and the District Telecom Committee is not proceeding to finalise the matter, in view of the pendency of this writ petition.

4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that since the District Telecom Committee is in seisin of the matter, the Committee can consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in Ext.P1 representation.
