Dated this the 20th day of July 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-
i) To issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing Exhibit- P4 notification.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus of any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to terminate the petitioners from the Present employment.
iii) To declare that petitioners are not liable to be replaced by another set of temporary hands in the respective posts.
