JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

“(i) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, setting aside Exhibit P2 & P4 to the extent in awarding the contract to the 3rd respondent.

(ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to award the contract in favour of the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P1.

(iii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to accept the bid (1114716) submitted by the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P1 (tender ID-2021- KILA-424614-65) with respect to the construction of school building for Govt.Higher Secondary School Uppilikkai, Kasaragod District.

(iv) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent not award the work or enter into any agreement with the 3rd respondent on the basis of Ext.P2.

(v) to grant such other relief as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
