JUDGMENT
These writ petitions are connected and therefore, I am disposing these writ petitions by a common judgment.
2. I will take W.P.(C.) No. 4276/2020 as the leading case and narrate the facts in that case. The facts in the other cases are also similar. The petitioners in W.P.(C.) No. 4276/2020 are the Convenor and Joint Convenor of Aruvippuram Micro Finance Unit, ശ(cid:2)ഖ(cid:2)യ(cid:5)(cid:2)ഗ(cid:7)
which is a unit of Perumpara SNDP 2072 ( ) which is affiliated to the SNDP Union, Ranni, Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam (for short 'SNDP Yogam'). The 4th respondent -Bank in this case provided financial assistance to the petitioners for commencing a small scale industrial unit in the year 2013. The said loan was granted in connection with a scheme implemented by the SNDP Yogam for the upliftment of empowerment of men through micro finance scheme. The respondents 5 and 6 are the then President and Secretary of SNDP Union, Ranni. It is the case of the petitioners that they made to believe the petitioners that the loan amount will be disbursed through the bank account of SNDP union, Ranni and the same has to be repaid through the said account.
