JUDGMENT
Dated this the 25th day of February 2021 The prayers in this writ petition are as follows:-
(i) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondent 1 to 4 to consider the request of the Petitioner to restore the family pension to the Petitioner.
(ii) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to consider Exhibit P14 and grant family pension to the Petitioner.
(iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 5th respondent to grant appointment to one of the Family Members of the Petitioner under compassionate appointment scheme as directed in the Ext P-2 judgment.
(iv) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1,3 and 5 to reconsider Ext.P11 application submitted for appointment under the compassionate appointment scheme.
(v) To declare that the petitioner is entitled to get the Family Pension and the arrears due to her from 2014 onwards.
