ORDER
The petitioner claiming himself as the second accused in Crime No. 451/2019 of Manjeshwara Police Station has moved this Court under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C seeking to release his passport which was surrendered by him, in obedience to condition No.2 in the Annexure A1 order granting him bail, to be released enabling him to go abroad. According to the petitioner, he is working abroad, that if he is not allowed to re- join duty, it will badly affect his future career. When an application was moved before the jurisdictional court, by Annexure A3 order that has been dismissed. Aggrieved by the same petitioner has moved this Court with this Crl.M.C.
2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that on conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional court on 22.07.2021, where the petitioner is the sixth accused. The allegation against the petitioner and others is under Sections 341, 324 and 307 read with Section 34 of the IPC.
