Dated this the 9th day of February 2021 The petitioner herein claiming that, she is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, in not considering her application for sanction of continuing family pension under the Kerala Freedom Fighters Pension Rules , 1971 has approached this Court. According to her, her father Sri.Poovadan Madavan was granted pension under the , 1971 by Ext.P1 - G.O. No.11363/88/FFB dated 31.05.1989. After his death, his wife continued to receive the pension. She died on 20.01.2018. The petitioner's own husband died on 19.8.1999. According to the petitioner, though an application to continue pension was submitted as Ext.P5, no further action has been taken.
2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Pleader on instruction submitted that, the application which was received was processed. It was noticed that legal heirship certificate, income certificate, non remarriage certificate, dependency certificate and death certificate of the father and mother of the applicant were not produced along with the application.
