JUDGMENT
The petitioners in these writ petitions are the owners of different shops situated on the side of the Kollam-Shangottai State Highway No.208 near Market Junction in Kottarkkara. The grievance of the petitioners is that the autorickshaws are parking in front of their shops, which obstructs the free ingress and egress of their customers to their shops. According to the petitioners, there is also problem for loading and unloading the materials to the shops of the petitioners.
2. The contesting respondents submitted that the autorickshaws are parking as per the parking slot allotted by the Traffic Regulation Authority. The counsel for the contesting respondents submitted that the allegation that they are creating obstruction for the ingress and egress of the customers to the shops of the petitioners is not correct.
3. The Government Pleader submitted that now there is no law and order issue in this area. The Government Pleader also submitted that the Traffic Police will do the needful to see that there is no obstruction for ingress and egress of the customers to the shops of the petitioners.
