JUDGMENT
Petitioner has come out with the following prayers:
(i) Declare that Non-providing of House Rent Allowance (HRA) and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) to the petitioner working in the Headquarters of Kerala Agricultural University, Vellanikkara as applicable to Thrissur Corporation by the respondents as highly illegal, unjust, arbitrary and discriminatory.
(ii) Declare that Ext-P5 and Ext-P13 pay revision orders and Ext-P15 and Ext-P16 orders by the 1" respondent and Exhibit-P6 and P7 orders by the 2 respondent refusing to grant higher rate of House Rent Allowance (HRA) and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) to the petitioner working in the Headquarters of Kerala Agricultural University, Veilanikkara as applicable to Thrissur Corporation as highly illegal, unjust, arbitrary and discriminatory.
