ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash Annexure- I private complaint and all further proceedings in S.C No.323 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kozhikode.

2. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in S.C No.323 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kozhikode. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 341 , 323 and 324 r/w Section 3(2) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The court below took cognizance on the basis of a private complaint filed by the defacto complainant, who is arrayed as the second respondent.

2. It is stated that all the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled due to the intervention of the well wishers and the second respondent is not intending to proceed with the case further. The second respondent has entered appearance through an Advocate and has sworn an affidavit. In the affidavit, it is stated that the entire dispute has been settled and the second respondent does not want to proceed with the case further.
