JUDGMENT
Dated this the 8th day of November, 2021 The petitioner who is an under Graduate decided to join LLB five year course and she applied for the Entrance Examination in August, 2021. Due to Dengue fever, the petitioner was admitted in a hospital and was discharged from the hospital only on 14.10.2021 and was advised to take complete rest for seven days. In the meanwhile, the date for making options for the admissions in Institutions expired on 16.10.2021. The petitioner therefore made request on 22.10.2021 by Registered Post as well as through E-mail seeking to permit her to appear in the second phase of admission.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner urged that the petitioner has secured 645th rank in the Entrance Examination for five year LLB Course. The time limit for making option was completed as directed and the petitioner could not exercised her option due to her hospitalisation consequent to Dengue fever. As the petitioner has secured sufficiently high rank, it will be only just and proper to permit the petitioner to appear in the second phase of allotment.
