Ext.P1 final order dated 13.10.2020 rendered by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench in O.A.No.718 of 2018, filed by the sole respondent herein, is under challenge before us in this Original Petition filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India , at the instance of the Union of India & another/respondents in the O.A.
