Among these appeals, R.F.A No.346 of 2014 is one preferred against the decree and judgement in O.S.No. 111 of 2006 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Manjeri. Similarly, R.F.A Nos.692 and 693 of 2016 are preferred against the decrees and judgements in O.S.No.25 of 2010 and O.S.No.26 of 2010 respectively on the file of the very same Court. As the issues arose for consideration in the suits were closely interlinked, they were tried together, permitting the parties to let in evidence in O.S.No.111 of 2006, and disposed of by a common judgement. Since the suits from which the appeals arose were tried together and disposed of by a common judgement, these appeals are also disposed of by this common judgement. Parties and pr
