JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7^th day of April, 2022 The petitioner, while working as Santhi at Chakkamkulangara A Grade Temple was transferred to the Thiru Ayani B Grade Temple. Thereafter he was transferred to Chittor Sree Krishna Swami Temple, again by Ext.P3 order the petitioner is transferred to Elumkulam Kavalakal Bhagavathy Temple under Vytilla Devaswom. Even though the petitioner had challenged his previous transfers before this Court, he has no grievance regarding his transfer to the Elamkulam, Kavalakal Bhagavathy Temple. His grievance is regarding non payment of salary from October 2021 onwards. Highlighting his grievance, petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 representation before the 2^nd respondent. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to disburse the petitioner’s salary at the earliest.

2. Heard, learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Devaswom Board.

Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to take up Ext.P4 and pass orders thereon within one month.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
