JUDGMENT

V.G.Arun, J.

We interacted with Jolsna Joseph, the alleged detenu. She stated that her decision to marry the 5^th respondent was not taken under any sort of compulsion. She further stated that as of now, she is not interested to interact with her parents.

2. The learned Counsel for the 5^th respondent made available the copy of the notice of intended marriage submitted by Jolsna and Shejin before the Marriage OfÏcer, Kodenchery.

3. The learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that Jolsna was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate before whom also Jolsna stated that she had gone along with the 5^th respondent on her own volition.

4. In the light of the categoric stand taken by the detenue and being convinced that Jolsna Joseph is not under the illegal detention of the 5^th respondent, the writ petition is closed.
