The Original Petition is filed to direct Family Court, Kollam to consider and dispose of OP(MMA) No.730/2021 on or before the next posting date, i.e.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on

12.4.2022, the learned Judge of the Family Court has sent a communication dated 20.4.2022, stating that the parties were not present before the Court on 19.4.2022. Hence, the case was adjourned to 26.4.2022. The Family Court is ready to dispose of OP(MMA)

No.730/2021 within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties were present before the Family Court on 26.4.2022 and their statements were recorded and the case is posted for judgment to
