JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (Crl) is filed with the following prayers:

"i. Call for a report regarding the investigation so far conducted in Crime Nos. 0175/2023, 40/2023, 204/2023, 319/2023 of Aloor Police Station and 0126/2023 of Irinjalakuda Police station along with case diaries and peruse the same.

ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 to carry out proper, effective and speedy investigation in Ext.P-8 in Crime No. 0175/2023 of Aloor Police Station.

iii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 to constitute a Special Investigation Team lead by any senior police ofÏcer in the rank of Superintendent of Police or above to conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation in Crime No. 0175/2023, 40/2023, 204/2023, 319/2023 of Aloor Police Station and Ext. P-7 in Crime No. 0126/2023 of Irinjalakuda Police station along with connected complaints filed by the petitioners in a time bound manner.

iv. Declare that the petitioners are entitled to carry on with the affairs of the Emperor Emmanuel Church and the same cannot be disrupted by respondents 7 and 8, their men or agents.

v. Direct the respondents 1 to 6 to maintain law and order and peace at
