O R D E R
This DBP is registered based on Report No.16 of 2023 of the learned Ombudsman in Complaint No.51 of 2022 made by one R.Sankaran Nair, the President of the Thiruvithamcore Kshethra Paithruka Sampath Samrakshana Samithi, Ambalappuzha. The report of the learned Ombudsman reads thus:
“The complainant is the President of the Thiruvithamcore Kshethra Paithruka Sampath Samrakshana Samithi, Ambalappuzha. He informs that in respect of certain trespass of Devaswom land, complaint was made by him earlier and as per the direction of the Honourable High Court, the Land Special Officer submitted a report on 20.6.2014 before the Honourable High Court as also before the Devaswom Board and he is not aware of the subsequent developments, wherein he has asked for effective changes in the Revenue Records and steps have been taken in this regard. But so far, the same has not been done. Now, the Sree Krishna Temple, Ambalappuzha, is in a Revenue compound, as per the records. There are other matters refe
