JUDGMENT
1. The petitioners are the candidates in the Rank List for the post of Watcher in Travancore Devasom Board. The Rank List was published by the Kerala Devasom Recruitment Board. The Travancore Devasom Board has intimated 16 more vacancies pursuant to the interim order dated 20.11.2024 to the Recruitment Board for sending the advice to the Devasom Board for making appointments against the 16 vacancies.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the Devasom Board has intimated 16 vacancies to the Recruitment Board for sending advice, the Recruitment Board should act upon the said request of the Devasom Board for sending advice against the 16 vacancies for giving appointment against the 16 vacancies to the candidates from the Rank List in Exhibit P-2.
3. The learned Counsel for the Devasom Board also submits that the Devasom Board has already intimated 16 more vacancies vide the communication dated 25.11.2024 to the Recruitment Board for sending advice to the 16 candidates from Exhibi
