O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the trial court after some time.
2. Liberty is granted to move the trial court after some time.
3. The counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that, even if the prosecution case is accepted, the contraband seized is not MDMA and it may be Methamphetamine.
4. When a bail application is moved by the petitioner, the trial court will get the Analyst report in the light of Rule 14 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022, and thereafter decide the same.
With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
