ORDER

This bail application is filed apprehending arrest in Crime No.1861/2024 of Ernakulam Central Police Station. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(VA) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and also under Section 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. The petitioner has to approach the special court before approaching this Court in a case in which the offences alleged are under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Therefore this bail application need not be entertained. At this state, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the special court and also a breathing time to approach the special court. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks.

With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
