Nil Misc.Company Application Under Section 457(1) (e) and section 555(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 275, 276, 290 and Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules,1959 filed by the applicant above named praying for an order to :-

i) Ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in not serving the copy of this report to the Income Tax Department, Ernakulam.

ii) Permit the Official Liquidator to file Form No.71 in respect of the Unit Certificate Holders showing only the particulars which are shown in the list prepared by the Chartered Accountant excluding nominee details instead of filing in the form prescribed in the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 due to the reasons mentioned above;

iii) Permit the Official Liquidator to settle the Unit Ce
