The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.319/2024 of Vellarada Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)C and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). The accused in this case was found in possession of 47.160 Kgms of Ganja.
