Dated, this the 23^th day of January, 2025 The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of C.C.No.90/2019 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kannur.

2. This Court called for a report from the learned Magistrate, who seeks six months time dispose of the matter. It was also pointed out that the learned Magistrate is holding additional charge of the said court.

3. Taking into account the contents of the report, this Court directs the learned Magistrate to try and dispose of C.C.No.90/2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner to produce a copy of the judgment before the learned Magistrate.

This O.P.(Crl.) is disposed of as above.
