Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 to grant effective and adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that although an order was passed by Munsiff's Court(Ext.P1) in a suit O.S. No.599 of 2012 filed by the petitioner, but violating the said order, the private respondents have closed the pathway. It has further been submitted that petitioner is also assaulted by private respondents.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that a crime has already been registered being Crime No.286 of 2014 by the Neyyattinkara Police Station against some of the private respondents. He further submits that after completion of the investigation the accused persons have also been charge sheeted.
