JUDGMENT
Manjula Chellur, C.J.
Petitioner is before this Court claiming following reliefs:
“i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to provide sufficient and adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his grandmother against the threat caused by the respondents 3 and 4, in the interest of justice.
ii. issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 complaint and such similar complaints lodged by the petitioner, and to take effective steps based on the same, within such time as may be specified, in the interest of justice and iii. to pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant.”
2. According to him, he lives in the property in question along with his grandmother who is 75 year old. 3rd respondent is none other than uncle of the petitioner i.e., son of his grandmother.
3. As a matter of fact, already a suit is filed against the petitioner and his grandmother by 3rd respondent, complaining interference and obstruction in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the very same property. As on today
