JUDGMENT

ANTONY DOMINIC,J.

The prayer in the O.P(FC)s is to direct the Family Court, Kannur to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.732/2012 filed by the

2nd respondent and O.P.No.620/2013 filed by the petitioners. 2. The dispute in question centres around the property allegedly purchased by the petitioners herein from the 1st respondent on 21.1.2011. According to the petitioners, on account of the various collusive proceedings initiated by the respondents, they are still prevented from enjoying the property. It was in such circumstances that they had approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the proceedings mentioned herein.

3. Although it may be true that the petitioners have the grievance that on account of the proceedings initiated by the respondents, they are unable to enjoy the property purchased by O.P.(FC)No.3945/13 & Con.case 2 them, still in order to issue any positive direction as sought for by the petitioners for the expeditious disposal of the proceedings in question, the petitioners should satisfy this Court that there is some reason for justifying the same. We are unable to see any such valid reason entitling this Court to issue an order as sought for by the petit
