ORDER
The petitioner is the accused in S.C.No.311/2025 on the files of the Additional Sessions Court (Atrocities and Sexual Violence against Women and Children), Thiruvananthapuram. He faces criminal prosecution for the commission of offences under Sections 354A (1)(i) , 376(3) , 376(2)(f) and 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , and Sections 8 read with Section 7 , 4 read with Section 3(a) , 6 r/w 5(l) , 5(m) & 5(n) and 12 read with Section 11(iii) and 11(v) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 .
