COMMON ORDER

Tr.P.(C) No.778 of 2024 filed by the petitioner who is the petitioner in the trial court in RCP No.87/22, to th transfer RCP No.87/22 from the 4 additional Munsiff st Court, Thiruvananthapuram and to 1 additional Munsiff Court, Thrissur.

2. Tr.P.(C) No.776/24 filed by the same petitioner who is the defendant in the trial court to transfer the Original Suit No.711/22 filed by the respodnent which is pending in the II^nd Additional Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram to 1^st Additional Munsiff Court at Thrissur.

3. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the records.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is the owner of the property filed RCP No.87 of 22 as against the respondent for eviction which is pending before th the 4 Additional Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram whereas the respondent also filed a suit against the petitioner in OS No.711 of 2022 which is pending in II^nd Additional Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner is staying in Thrissur. Though, the RCP was filed in Thiruvananthapuram now the petitioner is not able to attend the Court at Thiruvananthapuram, now
