JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (Crl.) is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“1) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to lift/remove the lien marking of Rs.3000/- in the bank account of the petitioner's firm forthwith.

2) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction to the 3rd respondent bank to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner's firm if freezed by them.

3) Declare that the 3rd and 5th respondents have no authority to freeze/lien mark any individuals or firm's bank account otherwise as provided under 102 CrPC.

4) To issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction directing the 5th respondent to comply with the procedure contemplated u/s 102 CrPC if not complied so far.

5) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the Court below to permit the petitioner to deposit or produce bank guarantee of Rs.3000/- before that Court enabling the 3rd respondent bank to lift/remove lien marking in the petitioner's firm's bank account.

6) Dispense with the translation of any Malayalam documents produced along with this writ petition.

7) Such other appropriate order or direction as thi
