ORDER
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.372/2025 of Guruvayoor Temple Police Station, Thrissur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316 and 318 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’).
3. According to the prosecution, on 01.09.2024 the accused eloped with her lover, leaving behind the defacto complainant and their children and also took Rs. 86,000 and gold ornaments weighing 8 sovereigns, and thereby the accused committed the offences alleged.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely arrayed as an accused and she has no involvement in the alleged crime.
