The prayers in the afore captioned original petition filed under
“(i) Call for the records leading to Ext.P7 and set aside the order dated
17-01-2020 of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Ernakulam Bench) in O.A (Ekm) No.2521/2017 and allow the prayers sought for in O.A (Ekm) No.2521/2017;
(ii) Issue such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
and (iii) Award costs to the petitioners.”

Heard Sri.K.Jaju Babu, learned Senior Counsel instructed by Smt.M.U.Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners herein/applicants 1, 3 to 5 & 7 to 9 in the O.A before the Tribunal and B.Unnikrishna Kaimal, learned Government Pleader appearing for official respondents 1 to 3. In the nature of the orders proposed to be passed in this petition notice to contesting respondents 4 to 23 will stand dispensed with.
