JUDGMENT

This is an original petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

i. Call for the entire records in CMP 1716/2018 before CJM Thrissur and those leading to Exs.P1 and P5 orders and quash the same by declaring and issuing appropriate order or direction holding them to be illegal and arbitrary;

ii. Issue directions or any appropriate order or direction, to the Hon'ble Chief Judicial Magistrate to pass necessary orders or directions to recall Ext.P1 order appointing the Advocate Commissioner and instructing that the Commission Warrant shall be kept in abeyance and not be executed until further orders;

iii.Issue directions or appropriate order or direction to the respondent to desist from initiating any action to take actual physical possession of the secured assets until further orders;

iv. Grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for by the petitioner and which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs.
