JUDGMENT
The petitioner says that he is the absolute owner of the property mentioned in the pleadings of this writ petition; but that when he is trying to use it for himself and his family, he is being obstructed by respondents 3 and 4, who are his brother and sister-in-law respectively, raising an untenable contention that an alleged pathway in the said property belongs to them also.
2. The petitioner alleges that even though the party respondents had obtained an interim injunction against him, it has been vacated by the Munsiff’s Court, Aluva; and therefore, that they cannot now stake any further claim with respect to the alleged pathway, as they are attempting to do now. He says that, however, in spite of this, the party respondents are constantly subjecting him to threats and intimidation, which forced him to approach the 1st respondent - Superintendent of Police, through Ext.P3, seeking protection; but that since no action has been taken thereon, he has been constrained to approach this Court through this writ petition.
