Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2021 The petitioners are aggrieved by Ext.P1 adverse Credit Report and seek to direct the 1st respondent to give appropriate directions to the 2nd respondent as envisaged under Section 11 of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 .
2. The 1st petitioner is a businessman and petitioners
2 and 3 are business establishments of which the 1st petitioner is the Managing Partner and Managing Director respectively. The 1st petitioner as well as the business establishments have availed loans/advances from various credit institutions. The grievance of the petitioners is that credit information with regard to some unrelated establishments have been considered while computing the Credit Score of the 1st petitioner, which has brought down the Credit Score of the 1st petitioner, assigned by the 2nd respondent Credit Information Company in Ext.P1.
3. The 2nd petitioner-G.K. Granites and the 3rd petitioner-Crystal Granites Ltd. are the business establishments in which the 1st petitioner has some interest. In Ext.P1, Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the 3rd petitioner-Crystal Granites Ltd. is wrongly indicated a
