ORDER
[ Crl.MC 4517/2018 ,Crl.MC.2551/2018 ,Crl.MC.6120/2018 ,Crl.MC.6283/2018 and Crl.MC.7885/2018 ]
After completing the hearing in Crl.M.C. No. 914 of 2018 filed by one of the accused, another accused filed Crl. M.C. No. 2551 of 2018. When the hearing of that case was almost over, another accused filed Crl.M.C. No. 4517 of 2018. Like that Crl.M.C. No. 6120 of 2018 and Crl.M.C. No. 6283 of 2018 were also filed. In the meantime, Crl.M.C. No. 914 of 2018 was withdrawn by the petitioner on 8-8-2018.
2. All the above said cases were filed challenging the FIR in Crime No. 2 of 2018 of Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau, Thiruvananthapuram and the orders passed by the court below in connection with the registration of the said crime. Eventually, after completing the hearing of all the said cases, Crl.M.C. No. 7885 of

2018 was filed. Meanwhile, the learned counsel for the de facto complainant Adv. Sri. Joseph Rony Jose submitted on 27-11-2018, that he was required to relinquish the vakkalath in the above Crl.MCs, as his client who is a practicing lawyer wanted to argue the said cases in person. This
