ORDER
This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Adoor rejecting the application filed by the petitioner for discharge. The petitioner is charge sheeted alleging offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 332, & 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 .
2. The prosecution case is that, on 18.11.2016 at 2.45 AM, the petitioner was found in a suspicious circumstance near NSS college, Pandalam and when the Sub Inspector of police, Pandalam police station questioned him, the petitioner did not reveal his name and address. Even though he revealed his address on further questioning, the Sub Inspector had felt some doubts and asked him to enter the jeep. Then he refused to enter the jeep and abused and pushed the Sub Inspector and other two constables. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested by the police by using more force.
