Dated this the 11^th day of February, 2025 JUDGMENT The prayer in the writ petition is to demarcate the shares of the petitioner and the 7^th respondent out of the total extent of property comprised in Re.Sy.No.1/6 of Vallangi village in Block No.56, Chittur Taluk to facilitate effecting of mutation and acceptance of tax. It is stated that sub divisions will have to be allotted in the survey numbers.

2. Based on request made by the petitioner, the 6^th respondent by Ext.P1, communicated to the 4^th respondent regarding the requirement to make arrangements for measuring the property by the 5^th respondent Taluk Surveyor.

It is submitted that the process has not yet been completed.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 to 6 to take necessary action for demarcation of the shares of the petitioner and the 7^th respondent and for issuing Sub Divisions for the properties and thereafter effect mutation and accept land tax from the petitioner and the 7^th respondent. The action shall be taken within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
