The Honourable Mr.Justice HARISANKAR V. MENON Monday, the 10^th day of March, 2025/19^th Phalguna, 1946 Report filed by the Official Liquidator praying for an order that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:-

i) Ratify the action of serving a copy of this report to Smt.M.U.Vijayalakshmi, Counsel representing the ex-directors of the company in liquidation.

ii) Permit the Official Liquidator to engage the services of M/s.Capital Record Centre for the storage of records pertaining to Sudarsan Chits (India) Ltd. (in liquidation), at a one-time carton cost of @ 14.56 per Cub Ft and a recurring storage cost of @ ₹7.08 per Cub.Ft plus GST as per the quotation submitted by them.

iii) Permit the Official Liquidator to pay the retrieval cost of files/carton as per the rate mentioned their quotation.

iv) Permit the Official Liquidator to meet any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with shifting of records.

v) Permit the Official Liquidator to extend the agreement period for the existing godowns for an additional two months, beyond 31^st March 2025, if required.

and vi) Pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the premises of the case.

This Report coming on for orders on this day upon hearing Sri.K.Moni, Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator and M.U.Vijayalakshmi counsel for the Ex-directors of the company (in liqn.), the Court passed the following:-

ORDER

The Official Liquidator has filed the captioned report, seeking the following reliefs;

“ii) Permit the Official Liquidator to engage the services of M/s.Capital Record Centre for the storage of records pertaining to Sudarsan Chits (India) Ltd. (in liquidation), at a one-time carton cost of @14.56 per Cub Ft and a recurring storage cost of @ ₹7.08 per Cub.Ft plus GST as per the quotation submitted by them.

iii) permit the Official Liquidator to pay the retrieval cost of files/carton as per the rate mentioned their quotation.

iv) permit the Official Liquidator to meet any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with shifting of records.
