JUDGMENT

The petitioners are seeking appointment in the Central Armed Police Forces. It is submitted that even though vacancies are available, appointments are not being done. The respondents are represented by the CGC.

2. When the case is taken up, the counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the present, the petitioners are limiting their relief to the consideration of Ext.P4 series of representations by the 2nd respondent on an early date. In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 series of representations at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioners shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for necessary compliance.
