ORDER
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.1215 of 2024 of Thrissur East Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 406 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
3. According to the prosecution, petitioner along with other accused promised the de-facto complainant to provide job visa to Malta and received Rs.3,10,000/ from the de-facto complainant, but thereafter failed to provide job visa and thus committed the offences alleged.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.
