JUDGMENT
The prayers in this Writ Petition are as follows:-
i. To issue an order or direction to the 1st respondent Special Sale OfÏcer to consider and dispose the Ext. P13 representation as expeditiously as possible within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. To call for the records leading to the attachment of petitioner's property vide Ext. P1 sale certificate and quash the same.
iii. To dispense the petitioner from filing English translation of the documents produced in vernacular language in this Writ Petition.
iv. Issue such other writ, direction or order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
