This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. This Court passed an interim order directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and to co-operate with the investigation. There was a further direction not to arrest the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer as directed and co-operated with the investigation. Thereafter, after the investigation, the final report has been filed and the petitioner has been served with summons to appear before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Palakkad.
Hence, this pre-arrest bail application is closed.
